Oftentimes, IT projects result from the steering process, which includes a roadmap with budgets developed during the planning phase. As a result, IT projects are typically conducted outside the scope of the managed service agreement.

What we can do

"We have been using the services at Compuworks on many large and small projects over the last 20 years and have always felt that it was money well-spent. Their response time during critical situations has been excellent and their adherence to mutually approved timelines in larger projects has been exemplary. Our most recent large projects with them have been the re-structure and upgrade of the network infrastructure of 2 large educational facilities. These projects involved a high level of planning and coordination with all levels of their staff. We were very pleased with their availability at all phases of the project as well as their adherence to the mutually agreed on plan.

The result has been very satisfying to our users and management team - dramatically improved network performance delivered within the budget and finished within the agreed time range.
